We are beyond excited to share a dreamy styled photo shoot at the brand new venue hosted by our wonderful pals at Pretty Little Events.

With Pretty Little Events at the helm, every corner of the venue was transformed into a haven of springtime elegance and warmth.

Let's talk about this stunning venue— The Anerton Warehouse. It's an absolute gem with endless possibilities! Picture clean white walls that serve as a blank canvas, just waiting to be adorned with your unique vision. And let's not forget the practical perks—it comes equipped with bathrooms and a kitchenette, ensuring convenience and comfort for you and your guests throughout your event. With such a versatile and well-appointed space, the possibilities are truly limitless. Whether you're hosting a birthday party, bridal or baby shower, intimate wedding, or just a special gathering, this venue sets the stage for unforgettable moments.

Walking into the space, you are immediately greeted by a stylish setup that ticks all the boxes for both functionality and aesthetics. From the elegant wooden dining table, adorned with sleek black and rattan chairs, to the chic bar setup that beckons guests to gather 'round and raise a toast, every piece is thoughtfully curated to elevate your event experience. Not to mention the exquisite dishware rentals, adding an extra touch of sophistication to your dining experience. Lastly, the charming shelving unit, seamlessly matching the chairs to create a cohesive look that ties the whole space together. There were enchanting floral arrangements adorning every corner of the venue! Sprays of peach, pink, and white blooms intertwined with lush greens create a breathtaking tapestry of color and texture. From the favor display to the bar, the tables, and even around the bubble house, these gorgeous floral creations by Linda at LV Floral Events add a touch of natural beauty and elegance to every nook and cranny of the venue. Linda's talent and expertise shine through in every petal, showcasing her incredible skill in bringing floral dreams to life. She’s also just one of the sweetest people ever!

Adding a whimsical touch to our styled shoot is the enchanting bubble house by Bubble House LA. Nestled in one corner of the venue, the air currents within the dome gently push the balls, creating a magical dance of color and movement that captivates the imagination.

Can we all raise a glass to the stylish bar setup that added a touch of flair to this shoot?

Crafted with care and attention to detail, our bar menu, featuring an array of delectable drinks, was a true labor of love. The menu was engraved onto Baltic birch wood, adorned with delicate floral accents and elegant script font, adding a touch of sophistication.

The talented team at Stir Up Events Trailer brought their expert setup and delicious libations. From signature cocktails to classic favorites, the bar set ups offer a delightful selection for guests to enjoy throughout the festivities.

Of course, no cocktail would be complete without some garnishment. I love the stir sticks we designed for this event. They helped tie in the floral theme together at the bar and I am so happy with how they turned out.

Guests were treated to a sweet surprise at the favor shelf, where thoughtful tokens awaited to express gratitude for their presence. Fresh jars of golden honey from Hapa Honey Farm accompanied by personalized gift bags, each adorned with personalized engraved tags, courtesy of yours truly.

The pièce de résistance of our celebration was undoubtedly the stunning cake, a true work of art that captured the essence of springtime beauty. Designed by the talented Sweet Deetails, this confectionary masterpiece looked like it belonged amidst a lush floral centerpiece, adorned with an array of realistic edible flowers that mirrored the blooms scattered throughout the party. With meticulous attention to detail and expert craftsmanship, the cake served as a feast for the eyes, showcasing the skillful artistry of Sweet Deetails in capturing the essence of springtime beauty.

And last but certainly not least, a special acknowledgment to Erin J Saldana Photography for capturing every breathtaking moment of our event with such grace and artistry. Through her lens, the beauty and essence of the shoot were immortalized, allowing us to relive the magic time and time again. Erin has such a keen eye for details and her shots are always breathtaking. Plus she’s an amazing human and mama.

We must extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the talented vendors who came together to bring this vision to life at the stunning Anerton Warehouse. From the enchanting floral arrangements to the delectable treats, every detail was meticulously planned and executed, creating a truly gorgeous springtime party.

It's a testament to the power of collaboration and community, as each vendor brought their unique talents and expertise to the table, resulting in a celebration that exceeded all expectations.

Recently, we had the privilege of being part of a truly remarkable love story – one that reaffirmed our belief in the power of love and the beauty of giving back. Alesha, from De La Planning is a planner and board member with Wish Upon A Wedding, a non-profit organization that grants wedding wishes to couples confronting terminal illness or life-altering health circumstances. Wish Upon A Wedding doesn't just create weddings; they create moments of hope, joy, and love that transcend the ordinary. When we were approached by Alesha to contribute to Helena and Chris' wedding, a couple whose journey had been marked by the formidable opponent that is cancer, we didn't hesitate. Little did we know that this experience would leave an indelible mark on our hearts and souls.

In this space of weddings and event production, we've discovered a profound truth – this industry is not just about business; it's a community and it is built on compassion and collaboration. Our experience with De La Planning and Wish Upon A Wedding has shown us that when it comes to making dreams come true, wedding vendors from all walks of life unite, offering their services, products, and time without hesitation. It's a beautiful testament to the big hearts that beat behind the scenes of every wedding and event – the florists, photographers, planners, and countless others who rally together to create moments of magic. At the Long Beach Museum of Art, the venue offered a stunning oceanfront backdrop for Helena and Chris' ceremony, adding an extra touch of beauty to their special day. All of these stunning pictures are from talented and one of the world’s top wedding photographers, John and Joseph Photography.

The incredibly talented, Moses Lin serenaded the couple with his live musical performances with his classic guitar. I’ve been lucky enough to meet Moses and hear his gorgeous musical renditions of classic and trendy music! You probably have too if you’ve watched Bling Empire!

Our custom wood stir sticks and bar signs lent an artisanal flair to Helena and Chris' mocktail bar. Personalized details like these can be the perfect conversation starters, reminding everyone that love is in the details. The mocktails were generously donated by Moonlight Mocktails and they look so pretty and delicious!

Bella Blooms provided an abundance of breathtaking floral arrangements that adorned every corner of the wedding. Their artistry truly shone at the sweetheart table, creating a romantic haven for Helena and Chris. Equally deserving of praise, La Pinata Party Rentals provided the rentals, and Nüage Design for their linens which helped elevate the ambiance to new heights.

Sydney and Alesha from De La Planning were the brilliant minds behind the scenes, orchestrating every detail with precision and passion. Their creative vision wove seamlessly through the entire wedding, bringing together every element into a harmonious tapestry of love and celebration. From the meticulously curated decor to the flawless execution of the day's events, their dedication transformed Helena and Chris' dream into a reality. It was through their expertise that the day felt not just like a wedding but a heartfelt journey of love, resilience, and unity.

In the end, I feel deeply fortunate to have been part of this journey with Wish Upon A Wedding, Helena, Chris, and their young daughter. While we may have contributed products to their special day, we received something far greater in return – a reminder that love knows no bounds, and that in the face of life's challenges, love shines even brighter.

As we continue our work in this industry, we carry with us the lessons learned from Helena and Chris. We remember that every wedding, every celebration, is a precious moment to be cherished. And we are forever grateful to organizations like Wish Upon A Wedding for reminding us of the profound impact that love and generosity can have in our lives.

I was so excited when my little sister finally got engaged and I was going to be her maid of honor. I was so excited to be a part of the planning process. Of course, we knew we wanted to Delovely Details the wedding out, and while I had some table numbers already designed, I wanted to create something special for her.

These table numbers are my favorite thing ever right now and I’m so glad they got such a positive reception at the wedding.

They are made of 1/8 inch wood that is engraved with “table” and the number is cut out of 1/8 inch white acrylic. The base is made of solid wood and makes the whole table number display very sturdy.
