WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME?

We work very hard to get all orders out as soon as possible, but due to the typical “busy seasons” our turnaround time can change. Before you place your order, we highly suggest you look at our most up-to-date turnaround time in our Shop Policies section in our Etsy Shop to make sure your order will be able to arrive in time.

WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER SOONER THAN YOUR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME?

If you need your order sooner than our current turnaround time allows, please contact us prior to ordering to verify that we can accommodate your order. Rush fees and postal express fees may apply depending on size and need-by date. If you place an order that is needed before our turnaround time, we cannot guarantee nor can we be responsible for making sure it arrives in time. If you are in doubt, please contact us prior to placing your order. We want you to get your order too, so help us help you!

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, we do! We love international orders! However, please plan accordingly as international orders can take longer to arrive through the mail. Please also take into consideration country specific custom taxes. Our prices do not include these taxes and we have no way of anticipating how much they will be for each country. We are not responsible for any of these taxes and the recipient will have to pay them on delivery. If you have any questions, check with your countries regulations on imported goods.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We ship all of our orders via USPS Priority Mail (typically 3-5 business days) within the United States and USPS First Class Mail (varies by destination) for all international orders. If you would like to upgrade your postage, please contact us prior to ordering so we can accommodate your needs.

ARE YOUR HANGERS PRINTED, DO YOU HAVE OTHER COLORS, ARE THEY ENGRAVED?

All of our hangers are engraved and therefore they are not available in different color fonts. The color you see is the color of burned wood, so it may vary depending on the wood. Engraving lasts forever and won’t rub off; it’s a token you can treasure always.

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR LARGER HANGER ORDERS?

Yes, we do! We offer special discounts for orders of 25 hangers or more. Please contact us with your specific needs for a quote.

Unfortunately, we do not have a store front and are not set up for pick-ups
