Congratulations, bride-to-be!

Your big day is fast approaching, and the celebrations are about to kick off with a bang. One of the most memorable events leading up to the wedding is the bachelorette party, where you get to let loose with your closest friends and have a night (or weekend) to remember. To make your bachelorette party truly special and one-of-a-kind, here are 5 unique ways to personalize your celebration, including an innovative and chic option from yours truly, Delovely Details!

  • Customized Itinerary: Ditch the generic bachelorette party plans and create a customized itinerary tailored to the bride's interests and personality. Think beyond the usual bar-hopping and consider unique activities like a cocktail-making class, a scenic hike, a beach day, or even a DIY craft workshop. Get creative and personalize the itinerary based on what the bride loves and enjoys.

  • Themed Attire: Elevate the fun with themed attire for the bachelorette party. Choose a theme that reflects the bride's style and preferences, whether it's a tropical luau, a glamorous '80s dance party, or a cozy cabin getaway. Encourage all attendees to dress up and take plenty of Instagram-worthy photos to capture the memories. Personalized T-shirts, tank tops, or matching accessories like hats or sunglasses with the bride's name or wedding date can add an extra touch of customization to the event.

  • Unique Party Favors: Show your appreciation to your bachelorette party and guests with unique and thoughtful party favors. Skip the generic favors and opt for something personalized that will be cherished long after the party is over. Our two-layer acrylic name tags are a perfect choice to personalize gift bags for your party guests. These elegant and stylish name tags can be customized with their names, adding a touch of sophistication and individuality to their gift bags.

  • Signature Cocktails: Raise a glass to the bride with signature cocktails that are specially crafted for the bachelorette party. Create unique drink recipes that reflect the bride's favorite flavors, colors, or themes. Serve them in personalized glasses or cups with custom labels or drink stirrers to add an extra touch of personalization. Cheers to the bride and a night of unforgettable memories! Meet Lella

If you haven’t seen yet, we recently added to our family.

The last few years have been rough, we had to say goodbye to our sweet pups Tessa and a year later, Tucker.

Luckily Santa, a.k.a. Kailynn from Cuttin Blue Farms, helped us open our hearts and welcome the newest member of our family in.

Meet Lella Honey.

Lella is named after the F1 race driver, Lella Lombardi. The first and only female to score points. It is a very fitting name because when our Lella gets the zoomies, girl is FAST.

I had so much anxiety going into a new puppy.

How could I possibly love another dog the way I loved our Tessa and Tucker?

How would I navigate puppyhood with two small children? When we first got Tess and Tuck, it was just us. We had plenty of free time to dedicate to them.

How would we manage the business with a puppy? We already had Tess and Tuck for a few years when I finally started Delovely Details. They started with sitting under the table while we worked on our first few hanger orders, to hanging out in the garage when we really started to grow, to spending days at the my studio with me when I finally got my own space. They’d been there from the beginning and I never really had to “train” them for work days. Would Lella be able to keep up and behave?

I don’t have all the answers yet, but there are a few things we’ve learned for sure. We definitely can love again after a devastating loss. Lella has slipped into our hearts and I just can’t imagine life without her now.

We’ve learned to ask and even pay for help when we need it. We found an amazing puppy trainer nearby and I can’t imagine where we would be without her.

The girls are just head over heels for our sweet Lella girl - and while Lella still jumps up on them, we are finding ways to help the girls interact with her without reinforcing bad behavior habits.

Lastly, while Lella has a presence on our business social media - she has yet to make it to the studio. It’s a work in progress but I have faith we will get there.

I’m excited to be open about our puppy experience, tips and tricks we may come across, and lessons we are learning. I hope you’ll stick around and maybe it’ll even help you!

I Yam So Thankful For You

I love food. So therefore, I love Thanksgiving. Because of the history of Thanksgiving, we like to focus on it being a holiday of gratitude for all that we have and an opportunity to give back to those who may need it.

I love to use books to help teach some of these lessons, ideas, and traditions with my girls. For Thanksgiving, we really mix it up. We have books about gratitude, about the Native American culture, about turkeys, about fall, etc.

The weather is finally cooling down and it’s the perfect opportunity to snuggle up and read some themed books.

And….can we just take a second to look at these adorable little toes! Ack, this Mum’s heart just melts!

Here are some of my favorites Fall and Thanksgiving themed books:
